Accept, reject and change
The banner offers Accept All, Reject Non-Essential and Manage Preferences. Rejecting optional reading storage removes saved positions from this browser. The essential preference cookie remembers your choice. Cookie settings in the footer reopens the controls. Deleting browser data also removes the choice.
The controls govern only this package. Videos are local files and do not require optional storage. A future analytics service or externally added plugin would need its own assessment and appropriate controls; the shipped banner cannot block technology it does not install or know about.
